24 Hour Cancellation Notice

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment we request at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client and in turn maintains a higher availability of services.

Clients who do not honor their appointments may be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

Cancellation Over 24 Hours Notice: Service(s) may be canceled without charge

No Call/No Show: The entire service(s) will be charged 

Cancellation Under 24 Hours Notice: 50% of service(s) will be charged

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you due to time constraints and the 50% cancellation fee will apply. In the event we are still able to take you, certain booked services may be removed from your time slot with no price adjustment.

Redo/Fix/Refund 

If your hair does not turn out to the desired result or need something tweaked we gladly will work with you to achieve that but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. You have 1 week from the date of your service to be in contact with the salon. Anything after that will result in a new appointment charge for any alterations. If you just want something different from the original consultation you will be charged because it is not in error of the stylist, simply a change of mind. 

Pricing 

Salon pricing may occasionally vary. All prices will be available on our website. If not otherwise stated or quoted, your service will be as stated on the price list. For custom colors, extensions or big transformations please speak with your stylist to a more accurate quote of service.

Right to Refuse 

Services may be refused to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, is abusive or can pose a threat to the business & its patrons.

Retail Refund Policy

Final sale on retail products. Bevel does not provide refunds of any kind.  However, if a product is faulty or you have an allergic reaction then an exchange can be warranted. 

Privacy Policy

Your information is used to help us maintain and improve your experiences with and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties

No Guarantee

THERE IS NO GUARANTEE WHEN PERFORMING A CHEMICAL SERVICE.

Genetics, medications, hormones, previous chemical services (professional or at home),

well water, hard water, and multiple variables play a role in making up your chemical makeup that can show up in your hair. 

What may work for one person may not work well for you due to the differences in how your body is built to react. Honesty is the best policy when consulting with your stylist so we know ALL the chemical processes that have been on your hair for the past several YEARS. Chemicals still sit in your hair until cut off even if not visible. Mineral deposits from water and pipes can build up in your hair and cause a reaction with hydrogen peroxide, bleach powder, color removers, and oxidative color. The reactions are UNPREDICTABLE. It is unsure how deposits are going to react, and many do not even know they have them built up in their hair.  Hair color is a process to get the desired result and on many occasions take multiple sessions. The more we do your hair the better predictions we can make as we learn and understand your hair better.
